Grade Improvement Report
The grade improvement report of Business Ethics shall consist on the presentation, by the student, of a complete non market strategy, for a company that is freely selected by the student
1. The student shall;
- identify a company with a specific growth need or with a specific necessity to protect its market positioning
- present a non market strategy for the identified company, taking into consideration:
- the company stakeholders according to the context of the relevant growth opportunity / market position maintenance
- the particular features of the non market environment (non market forces)
- the company conduct
- the information management
- the multi stakeholders management
- The reputation management

Objective
It is expected that the students:
- adequately frame the growth challenge / market position maintenance challenge
- the definition of a non-market strategy that contributes for the value generation (turnover - cost structure + sales volume) of the company, and the following aspects are to be positively valued
- irreplicability
- customisation to the specific competences / features of the selected company
3. Presentation
The report shall:
- be delivered until 23h59 of February 2nd
