Objectives

To obtain the degree of MSc in Electrical and Computer Engineering, the students of the M.EEC have to do individual work leading to the preparation of a scientific dissertation or an original project work on a topic in the field of Electrical and Computer Engineering.

It can be a research and/or technological development work, and can be carried out in an academic and/or business environment, promoting an innovative analysis of the topic, framed within the current state of the art, as well as the development of initiative, decision-making, and creative and critical thinking skills.

The implementation of the work must involve theoretical and/or experimental components, a critical discussion of the current state of the art, the selection of approach methodologies, the design and implementation of the solution to the proposed problem and a critical analysis of the results obtained, culminating in the preparation of a synthesis report, which will be assessed and publicly discussed in front a jury.
